Manish Kalra is the Chief Business Officer of ZEE5 and leads the ZEE5 B2C business for India. He is responsible for growing the overall PnL revenue, viewership and driving subscription numbers on the platform.
Manish brings with him a rich experience in leadership roles like CEO, CBO, and CMO in leading digital-first companies such as Amazon, Craftsvilla and MakeMyTrip. Over the years, he has successfully handled online businesses, product, sales, digital marketing, brand marketing and communication projects across industries, levels, and geographies.
An online business expert, Manish believes that successful businesses are built by teams with a solid understanding of customer behavior, and he is passionate about the customer-first approach. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
