Aakash Mishra is an award-winning marketer and brand strategist known for bold innovation, creative disruption, and a fearless approach to building future-forward brands.

Currently the Vice President – Group Brand Marketing at Donear Group, he leads strategy across a powerhouse portfolio that includes Donear, GBT Ltd., OCM, and brands like NeoStretch, Grado (formerly Grasim Suitings), Moda Biella Italy, Lanificio Corleone, DCot Retail, Ferrino Mizzoni, Mayur, Graviera, and Ferrara Italian Luxury.

Over the past year, Aakash has redefined what modern brand marketing looks like—launching NeoStretch with the breakout campaign “Freedom to Move”, India’s first brand-led music single under the Donear Studios banner. The project not only resonated with audiences but set a new template for cultural branding—winning the group 17 marketing awards in 2024 alone.

Aakash has recently served on juries for the WOW Awards Asia and Exchange4Media South Awards, and has spoken at brand and experiential marketing forums, including the Shows of India Conclave, where he shared insights on storytelling, cultural currency and the business of brand.

Prior to Donear Group, he led Experiential Marketing at The Times of India Group and Worldwide Media, where he built iconic brand experiences for Filmfare including the Filmfare Awards, Femina, Hello!, TopGear, Grazia, and Lonely Planet India, among others, cementing his place in IP-led, culture-first marketing.

He began his journey in consumer goods as Brand Manager at Euro Tiles, shaping its brand identity from the ground up.

With a knack for merging creative, culture, content and commerce, Aakash continues to challenge norms and elevate how brands speak, move, and matter in the world. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential voices in India’s new-age marketing landscape.
