SonaliBhadauria is India’s fastest growing dance creator, well known for multiple viral dance choreography videos on YouTube. Her YouTube channel, “LiveToDance with Sonali”, was created in 2016. Her whole motive for the channel creation was to showcase and redefine the art of choreography and present it to the world.
Born to a middle-class family, Sonali is a self-trained dancer and YouTube creator. Her father, R K Singh, serves in the Indian Navy, while her mother SavitaBhadauria is a housewife.
With career choices between Engineering and being a doctor, Sonali opted for the former and completed her bachelors in Computer Science from Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Mumbai. Post this, she worked with Infosys as a software engineer for four years.
Although self-trained from mostly TV and YouTube videos, Sonalidid receive a little training fromShiamakDavar in her teens, by saving money her father gave her for coaching. She was also a part of “Crazy Legs”, the official dance group of Infosys.
Even while pursuing her career, Sonali never gave up on her passion. She came up with Live To Dance, to take up wedding choreography assignments. She started recording her dance videos and decided to upload them on YouTube on a friend’s advice.
This marked her journey to success. Sonali’s videos started getting great response from Viewers, but it was the song ‘Nashe Si Chad Gayi’ from the movie ‘Befikre’ that was her ticket to fame, with over 15M views.
Sonali has successfully done this in such a short span and has reached over 1.2 million subscribers, and over a 100 million views overall on YouTube. She conducts her dance workshops in multiple cities and has plans of spreading her art across the globe. Her journey has just begun and she wishes to grow in this field with continuous efforts and dedication.
