Romil Ramgarhia, COO, BARC India, has been associated with BARC India since 2013. BARC India is the only registered television viewership measurement company in a country with 183 million television-owning households.

Romil came to BARC India with multi-year experience, spread across the media, telecom and manufacturing sectors. In his last role, he was Chief Commercial Officer for Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd.  Before ZEEL, Romil had a 6+ year stint with Viacom18 as part of the Colors launch team, BhartiAirtel, Asian Paints and ACC in various capacities.

Romil has the unique experience of being part of the historic launch of “Colors”, a B2C brand, and “BARC India”, a B2B brand; both of which have created benchmarks in their respective space.

At BARC India, Romil leads the overall Business & Operations, and has overseen the rollout of its services beginning April 2015, with an innovative pricing and funding structure.

Romil is closely involved in driving all the current and future initiatives at BARC India, on both TV and digital front.
